For us at Koy Coating, safety and health always have the highest priority. We follow the Swedish Public Health Agency’s guidelines and have taken a number of measures to protect the health of our employees and customers. Even if we cannot be seen as usual, you can be assured that we are here for you and support your material handling through the crisis. As we receive many questions about how to handle corona / covid-19, we have compiled the answers to the most common questions below.
How do you protect your employees?
We urge all employees to follow the Public Health Agency’s guidelines. As far as possible, external meetings will be conducted by telephone or in digital channels.
The employees who have the opportunity will be offered the opportunity to work from home to limit the spread of infection in society.
Will deliveries be delayed?
Due to border closures and other official measures, delays may unfortunately occur. We do our best to minimize customer impact.
How do you handle sick leave due to corona / covid-19?
We have back-up staff for all important processes, but in the event of extensive staff losses, we can not rule out that delays may occur. We hope you understand, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
